Terms of Service
Should you be interested in one or more products, this may be indicated through a quote submission on our website.
We will then swiftly generate your quotation including transport costs, as well as any insurance costs, should that be applicable, and be in correspondence with you via email.
The product(s) will then be reserved for you for a 24 hour period, during which you have the option to let us know whether you are interested in proceeding with the purchase.
Should you decide to proceed with the purchase, your product(s) will be packaged and shipped as soon as your payment is reflected within the Mama Makamba African Art Webshop account.
We recognize that your purchase may have a long journey ahead before it reaches you, and we will take great care and precision in packaging your product(s), using both sufficient as well as the best quality materials for your product.
For unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we always recommend you take out insurance on your purchase. Insurance is arranged by Mama Makamba African Art and will be added to the initial quote submitted for approval by you, the buyer.
Once your packaged product has been delivered to the shipping agent, Mama Makamba is no longer responsible nor liable for your purchase.
Purchased products are delivered to the shipping agent once weekly on Fridays, so they can be couriered to the relevant buyers every Monday thereafter.
Shipping times vary from buyer to buyer, depending on your location.
Please note that import tax may be charged upon entry into the country you reside in.
